introducing parfait organic artisan ice cream!
low and behold, parfait ice cream comes to the rescue. after my post about the ice cream sandwich truc in los angeles, i’m excited to go to this ice cream truck and devour a scoop of northwest hazelnut on a norwegian krumkake waffle cone.

seattle needs to just chillax their food truck laws so more cool and innovativee products like this. we really need more food trucks here — dude, portland has over 200!

introducing the coolhaus ice cream truck!
jumping on the whole food truck theme, check out a unique ice cream truck down in los angeles. it’s nothing new, i remember back in the day when ice cream trucks came out to the neighborhood with the distinct music playing — and we’d always run out.

bauhaus takes the same feel but makes only ice cream sandwiches, and also they look more premium with oatmeal cinnamoneo and richard meyer lemon ginger flavors. when is seattle going to loosen their rules so we can see more trucks like this in seattle. molly moons - are you ready for a truck?

introducing the results from the molly moon’s bet!
mr. huynh nguyen was the winner of the molly moon’s bet and i was not. the reward: 2 delicious scoops of molly moon’s ice cream in a cup. damn those los angeles lakers, should have lost in the western conference finals.

although, it didn’t feel much like a regular loss since i was able to enjoy a split scoop of birthday cake and vivace coffee. nom nom nom…

Having a Molly Moon’s down the street could be trouble…

For those of you who don’t know, Molly Moon’s is the tastiest ice cream in Seattle, and they just opened their second location in the Oddfellows Building on Capitol Hill last weekend!

re-introducing molly moon’s!
i went to this delicious ice cream parlor yesterday and made the mistake of getting two full scoops. i love me some salted caramel and i tasted the suprisingly tasty salted black licorice. a lot of salt. the coffee and scout mint is delish too.

note to self: get a split scoop next time. i’m happy they’re closer nowadays since they have a place in capitol hill. good times!
